Your weird, our thread.
We make our own patches, so we can make yours. Bands, bike clubs, breweries, race teams, trail crews, companies that would rather not hand out another branded pen — bring artwork and we'll turn it into something people actually keep.
Minimum run is 50 pieces. No maximum.

What it costs
Embroidered and PVC start around $4.25 and $6.60 a patch at 50 pieces, and drop steeply with quantity — past a few hundred you're closer to $2.16. Metallic TPU is a specialty material and starts nearer $19. Tell us the run size and we'll give you the real number.
- ⚡ No setup fee, no mould fee, no colour charges. Shipping is the only extra.
- ⚡ Embroidered ships iron-on; hook & loop adds about $1 a patch. PVC is hook-backed as standard, with a shape-matched loop included.
- ⚡ Quoted prices are for patches up to 4". Bigger, or artwork with a lot going on, just gets quoted properly.
How it works
- 1
Tell us what you want
Fill in the form. A rough idea is fine — "our logo, about 3 inches, for staff jackets" is plenty to quote from.
- 2
We quote it
Price per unit, turnaround and anything worth flagging about your art at that size. Usually back within two business days.
- 3
You see a proof
Nothing gets made until you've seen a digital proof and said yes to it. Revisions are part of the deal, not an extra.
- 4
We make it
Production, then straight to you. We keep your files, so a repeat run is one email.
Get a quote
No obligation, no sales sequence. You'll hear back from a person, usually within two business days.
Got it.
We'll come back to you within two business days, usually sooner. Reply to that email with your artwork and we'll get going.
Good to know
- Why a 50-piece minimum?
- Every custom run needs its own tooling and setup — digitising for embroidery, a mould for PVC, a die for the shape. Below 50 pieces that setup costs more than the patches do, and the per-unit price stops making sense for anyone.
- What artwork do you need?
- Vector is ideal — AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. A high-resolution PNG usually works too. If all you have is a sketch or a photo of a logo, send it anyway; redrawing is often a small part of the job rather than a blocker.
- Which type should I pick if I don't know?
- Embroidered for a classic look and bold shapes. PVC for fine detail, weather and gear that gets abused. Metallic TPU when you want it to catch the light. Say what it is for and we will tell you what we would choose.
- Can you match specific colours?
- Yes. Send Pantone references if you have them. If you do not, we will match to your artwork as closely as the material allows and show you on the proof before anything is made.
- How long does it take?
- It depends on type, quantity and finish, so the quote will carry a real date rather than a guess. Tell us in the form if you are working to a deadline — it changes what we recommend.
